March 1947 Started woven textile business in Ichinomiya-city.

October 1947 Established the unlimited partnership.

May 1957 Changed to KOIWA KEORI Company Limited.
Saburo Iwata took up the president post from Mr.Kozakai.

April 1963 Moved to Konan-city

November 1970 Set the spray machine.

August 1972 Established laminating section.

October 1973 Gave up using all woven loom machines

September 1974 Increased the capital stock to 16 million yen.

June 1976 Built storehouse
Saburo Iwata took up the chairman post
Seigo Iwata took up the president post.
January 1980 Established a flame laminating machine

May 1990 Established roll coating machine.

April 1991 Built 2nd storehouse

October 1992 Established 2nd flame laminating machine.

January 1993 Changed the company name to KOIWA BOND Manufacturing.

March 1993 Built new factory building and storehouse.

January 1998 Established 3rd flame laminating machine

April 1998 Established auto packing machine.

November 1999 Established environmental friendly K-laminating machine(CAVITEC AG)

December 2002 Started new joint venture company so called Toyo Quality One Shanghai in Shanghai, China.

Feburary 2004 Started new joint venture company so called Koiwabond(Thailand) Co.,Ltd. in Thailand.

June 2005 Kazuhiro Iwata took over the president post from Seigo Iwata.
